Any shareholders aware that Feb-18th RS vote occurred before the Mar-24 14c filing?
Figured a few in here must have known about the Feb 18th closed door meeting authorising the RS between 100:1 and 1000;1.
You can actually go back to posts around Feb 18th and shortly after to find out who did know. Just saying.
