Dr Dalton’s base investors on the OTC are common people like us who have invested our money after hearing bold statements of generational wealth and rainbows of dollars. More sophisticated investors or should I say wealthier investors won’t invest in companies that they don’t understand or have read a prospectus, seen printed facts, much less a penny stock. What are the fundamentals? Where will revenue come from? What is the projected revenue? What are the companies aspirations? Will it stay as a penny stock? Who is on the board of directors? (Full list). So what I anticipate is more smaller buys by this board and especially the other, and some will cheer that they have more shares, excited for the promise and not need the same info that the more wealthier investors will need. IMO
