Ok, lets suppose for a minute that the NDA's are for NASH or breast CA. Now enter a partner who is going to fund the studies. Both of these are long and results are a year + away to have significant numbers enrolled. Doesn't this mean we are a year or more away from revenue and thus the market reaction is built into current share price? Would a partner elevate the share price significantly if it was well respected?
Of course and EUA would change all this but we don't seem to have that kind of luck.
