IMHO, Tariff are a short term issue.
As FoxESS gains traction in the US and builds a base business they will build a factory in the US where a Tariff will not be an issue.
Common business practice.
A land developer (FoxESS) hires a contractor (SNPW) to build what he wants and a contractor (SNPW) hires sub contractors.to do the work.
