The time it takes really depends on how many people Doc puts on the financial numbers project. Don't expect audited first quarter numbers, they aren't needed, not even to file for up listing. They can be provided during the process.
Many, many corporations get there financials done in 2 to 3 weeks. I think Doc wants to launch soon, so he will get people on the numbers. His people have been providing quarterly numbers to Doc for years, they should get them done in a reasonable time, IMO.
The only numbers we need audited to launch are the 2020 and 2021 year end private company numbers as those are everything to Univec, Inc. and should be audited for the launch to be taken seriously. They have to be audited for completion of Nasdaq up listing but technically not to start the process.
