Coward is 100% right - doesn't have the balls or the respect to come forward and communicate with shareholders.
He was however bold enough to help himself to a decent bonus / dividend about 18 months ago.
HE IS A DISGRACE and truthfully I hope he gets locked up for his illegal actions which are obviously going to surface.
