The engine designs are from the Ricardo Company.  Perkins and others originated from Ricardo designs as well. Tytan engines and drive systems are the very best of the old and new designs. We do not use aluminum in our Tractors or Crawler, as you can see by the weight per unit. That also translates into better traction.
