Per my accountant family member, quarterly financials of substance take a minimum of 30 days.
If Dr Dalton rolled companies into UNVC and the financials are complicated I expect most of the 45 days will be needed and hence I do not expect the Q1 Financials until the week of May 9th and it most probably will be the end of that week.
This is my opinion.
If Dr Dalton did not roll any companies into UNVC in Q1 - then the financials will be very simple as have been and can be released anytime.
The Q1 Financials will give shareholders an important status update as to the progress being made.
