I am not brain trust--but a couple scenarios could be good for shares. 1 would be where more than one 13 D group that want AMBS that might get to a bidding war type scenario.
Another --and depending on whether any 13D group is board friendly or board enemy--could be white knight emerges
To me any group 13D or not--that has/sees value is to benefit of shareholders as long as--it benefits ALL shareholders. Not just controlling group
