I have seen that "flashing a big number on the ask" and then it vanishes.. someone wants to accumulate a lot of shares in this range.. and really why not it's cheap. There is certainly some posturing going on to make sure the pps stays in the loading zone.. It's all good. Eventually we be up around .05 to .10 and even higher in the short term is my bet. JMO
