My understanding is that no one person was singled out at this time, it was the company as a whole. It seems to be a fluid situation until the SEC and DOJ conclude their investigation and there is NO accusation of wrongdoing at this time, but that could change if the investigation warrants it.

Not sure what you mean by "people misconstrued facts" as I think this has more to do with NP making statements to shareholders about leronlimab's efficacy. He may have shot his mouth off a wee bit too soon to the public.
