Yes, if you would have said 6 years ago that we'd still be looking for an approval, and spending 100's of millions I would have told you it wasn't in the cards ..

It seems we have a professional team with an experienced professional outlook and hope and pray they start and continue to UNDER promise and OVER deliver ....today was the first step, and they certainly got the first half of that statement done .....and we'll wait patiently for the future of the the second.
