After this big COVID wave in Brazil and this shameful enrollment numbers it is clear that we have no chance to hit full enrollment or enough patients for interim in the near future. We would need an even bigger COVID wave with a delta like mutation to have a slight chance to hit the interim quota.
They tried, they failed and the must act accordingly. They should terminate the trials in Brazil immediately and focus on NASH, cancer and HIV.
