It was NuGenerex Immuno Oncology that received that valuation, and this entity was supposed to be listed on Nasdaq under the NGIO stock symbol. And actually never did.
The entire NUGX ordeal was a TOTAL scam, and I still believe that Joe and the GNBT management team had nothing to do with it.
