No, I do not think Samsung is foreclosing on Cytodyn.
Samsung can't do anything to Cytodyn one way or another.
Samsung's choice is clear: Continue to supply power to the leronlimab freezers or turn off power and throw the leronlimab in the trash. Electricity is cheap compared to the potential sale value of the leronlimab.
Samsung just built up inventory without getting paid for production of that inventory.
I think the term for this is "vendor financing". Happens all the time but not usually to the tune of $30 million and perhaps never in pharmaceuticals.
