Not being able to read the complete article, it looks like the answer is no if Three Brother is now trying to get its money from Oasis because Oasis owns NUGX stock. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/18045...forms1.htm
It is looking to me that the next GNBT/NUGX official information we will see is a Chapter 11 filing to resolve the creditor/debt issues.
When that happens, then we won’t have to look at the worthless stock that is being listed on our brokerage accounts.
