A lot of people like to sell low and buy high. There are always those who get antsy and can't help but hit the sell button ahead of a deadline. Emotions like panic cloud good judgment.

There wasn't a reason to doubt they would file something by today. They have maintained current status since September, filed a Supplemental document just over a month ago, the TA updates the share count on OTC Markets 1-2 times per month, they have maintained active good standing with Nevada throughout the process, and they have begun making regular posts and updates in China. Those are the facts that I am looking at.
