Theres no legal action required or justified for failed leadership. Thats part of the risk investors take.
Only when the line is crossed of suspected fraud and criminality should action be justified
Its my belief/speculation the latter is exactly what contributed to the generex's total failure.
Yes, the SEC has indeed been investigating but so had the FBI and others. What comes of it, who can say but it wont be anything good .
