Time is NOT part of Univec
Lamont Ellis the founder of Time was hired as president of Univec. He remains CEO of Time which is a separate company. Nowhere in that press release or anywhere else claims Univec owns Time.
Those hoping for $20 million in revenues appearing in Univec's Q1 report will be sorely disappointed.
