The CYDY CC is scheduled for 8:30 AM today. Subsequent PR's released yesterday strongly indicate news is not good. However, new CEO has been hired. It appears that the company is going to review its ongoing trials and initiatives. It will keep what is worthwhile and get rid of dead wood. This is going to be hard to swallow, but isn't this what we expected GNBT/NGIO mgmt to do? Shareholders want to know if they have an investment or not.
At some point this (GNBT/NGIO) mgmt is going to have to do something similar or worse. From the beginning many here including myself, questioned what they were doing with all of these new, expensive initiatives that didn't relate to the original mission statement. My sense was that Joe and the BOD had engaged in a path of who do you know instead of what do you know, to the extreme detriment of shareholders. "rjs" was particularly skeptical of the generous deals negotiated with several other "companies".
I don't need to post more from the Cytodyn MB here. As I said in my first post, the situations were very similar and I thought a comparison would be helpful here. It was two and a half months between the PR terminating the old CEO and yesterday's announcements. It's very painful, but what alternative is there? Do we have a company or not? Surely this question could have been answered months ago.,
