I think the halts are related to Amarex. If you are in litigation with your CRO claiming a failure to perform and/or withholding data and refusing an audit, that puts your entire trial in question. This makes it very easy for the FDA to order a halt until you can clear it up and prove your data is accurate. That’s my take anyway. Hoping for better news tomorrow to make this a minor blip.
