If Amarex is the cause of today's clinical hold, it might be a good thing for Cytodyn.
Because it may mean Amarex has civil liability for Cytodyn's failures.
Pourhassan's incompetence does not moot Amarex's contractual obligations unless there are more emails from Pourhassan along the lines of "I know it will be rejected but file it anyways".
