A thought I had from a question someone asked me.

I do not think Samsung is refusing to release drug stock. Otherwise there would be a hold on all trials and they have stock that's useless to them since they can't sell it. Also that would be a material event and the company would have to file an 8-K. But it does make me wonder if Samsung pressured the board to give Nader the boot in order to have an extension of payment.
