Hypothetically speaking, If a guy has 10k of stock and a BO for $50/share is announced. (with readers on the hangout getting early access to that info), Does trading on CYDY stop? Or can that guy load up on more shares as the "rest of the world" become privy to the buying opportunity?
Also
If that guy decides to sell all his shares at that $50 price do they have a privilege to do that prior to the deal being consummated, or do they sell on the open market, after the announcement, just like everyone else?
Never have had this opportunity before.
