The pre-market webcast timing is highly unusual.
Time: 5:30 am PT means some of the executives in PT will have to wake up very early ... say 3:30 - 4:00 am to provide for traveling and preparation.
Why ??? They could have schedule after market hours as usual ...
To get more "punch" to whatever announcement will be made??? Possibly but I doubt it, this can be achieved just as well with a 4:00 P.M. announcement, either today or tomorrow.
We don't know for sure if t is material news (I suspect there will be).
So ... why ??? To comply with a deadline ??? (a three day one?). Maybe ... but what ???
In any case, we will soon know what is happening, what has been happening and where are we heading ... One way or another the webcast is positive news for us all
