If social media was banning people from talking about leronlimab, that would be against freedom of speech in the US for one thing...and for another, it would be a conspiracy, and there is no conspiracy.

People talk about all kinds of pills, remedies, homeopathic stuff, etc that are not FDA approved and they are not silenced by social media. The FDA is not reaching into Brazil about this. They have work to do.
