Can't wait to see under the hood here. They obviously are well capitalized already, may have some funding/grants from the Chinese government, and will use capital markets to make up the rest.
On that last point, they won't get enough from the OTC, necessitating the need for a real listing. Sounds like they have enough assets in the pig business alone ($80 million) to take the path of NASDAQ Standard #4 - Assets With Equity. They also need a $160 million market cap with $55 million in stockholders' equity. Neither of those numbers seem out of reach given the assets.
Once they are revealed of course.
