The post that was just deleted mentioned that - if indeed Cytodyn was sitting on good 700 mg NASH results as to not jump the gun and upset the FDA - that they would be the first biotech in history to do such a thing, i.e., keep quiet about good results.
Maybe so.
But as far as I know, Cytodyn is also the first biotech to receive 2 warning letters for being enthusiastic about their results. Overly enthusiastic? Regardless, I haven't yet found any mention in the FDA charter that warns against enthusiasm about positive results. In fact, for Big Pharma companies, I see just the opposite, i.e., quick FDA approvals for crappy and/or no results, e.g., Remdesivir and that Alzheimer's drug, the name of which I forget. So maybe I need it?
