Does that now make you respect my opinion more? NO, so why ask? LOL
TRUE things are not litigated in the press or on stock boards, HOWEVER, once you file a lawsuit, it is PUBLIC.
Use common sense: if Amarex was being told by a third party (BP for example) to screw little ol' CYDY and they would be well rewarded for it, that third party would now be doing what it could to get Amarex to settle quickly before it all got exposed. OF COURSE Amarex would roll over on that third party when the screws are put to them. There is no honor among thieves.
I feel confident in saying that SA is not preparing a case against Amarex and a third party, just as many here feel confident in saying that everything will be fine with CYDY and there is little to worry about. We're all entitled to our opinions, some based more on fact and experience than others.
