Agree with this. It's a small placement. So it's just to tide us over till 1) a buyout deal is signed and sealed, a deal that is waiting for Amarex/Pestell (April 5/6) court cases, NASH topline report, and possibly final Cancer numbers to determine the actual value of the company or 2) it's waiting for the NASH topline report or final cancer numbers to push our sp higher, making it much more lucrative to sell shares for cash.
Or so I think. Dissenting opinions welcome.
