Looks like they are raising just enough to keep the lights on. No bankruptcy for those lurkers who were hoping to see one. Not sure the significance of the june date that they need to have the s3 filed by so the investors can register and unload their new shares if they desire, unless its just an arbitrary 3 month thing that is normal.
