An assault and battery crime causes significant bodily harm to the unfortunate victim. Not to diminish that, but in such a case there is only one victim. Financial crimes such as those that appear to have occurred with this company, impacts and causes distress among scores of victims. If there has been fraud, criminal concealment, that explains the demise of GNBT, someone needs to pick up the mantle and pursue justice whether it be the Florida AG, the SEC, the Justice Department, or a conglomerate of shareholders etc., etc.

Is this company is operational, what happened to assets, and what is financial state of affairs? This is supposed to be a public company.
