The thing about the Pearlman shares is that they are already common shares. They don't need to be converted, just either taken off restriction or canceled. But I agree the handling of them could be the holdup.
In the supplemental information filing, I don't know what preferred shareholder they could be talking about from the custodial days. I doubt it's Lazar, he always walks away clean from a shell once he has sold it.
