Let's think about this.
Kelly was the BOD chairman and NP, I believe, was also on the Board.
I don't know who else was on the Board, my shortcoming. I don't recall hearing from any other Board member.
How much gravitas could any other Board member have given that our company is a tiny OTC, clinical stage biotech. I would think , not much.
Given all of this, one might conclude that the firing of NP and the demotion of Kelly was first instigated by Kelly.
I don't know what the point of this might be. Do you?
