Ole Sparky just dialed up some nice lady at the OTC.
She was nice enough to explain the two ways the "Shell Risk" sign would go away. Here they are:
1. Company submits financials that once reviewed would automatically take the "Shell Risk" sign down.
2. Company doesn't feel as if they should be labeled a shell risk and ask for an independant review of their financials.
Once I mentioned to her that we just came out with our annuals in the last few weeks she said " well there you go".
That's all I got.
Go UNVC!.
