No sympathy is an understatement; as many have commented here, it is now beyond money. I have no sympathy for individuals or entities who double down on the moral hazard of working to hold at bay a drug that can tip the scales heavily in favor of reduced morbidity and mortality for their fellow man. They have sold their soul and belong in Dante’s inner circle of hell, those who betrayed their friends. Stone cold and a devil’s bargain. N.B. this extends beyond those with short interests; hoping the bureaucrat’s in the FDA are listening but there are other actors in this crowd. I just find it appalling that we are actually talking about a crowd of actors here; but…this is not a one-act play…waiting on the final scene to play out.
