It wasn't Doc or Kizmet it was all the speculation about it and what everyone thought would happen, I don't believe he has a appointment with them now because of all the emails and trouble it caused for them.

In my opinion it is sad because he got appointed for good reasons that turned into a mess because of all the speculation that was done.
