I would like to know the answer to that question as well. At least temporarily remove or replace him with someone who is not restricted from speaking freely to stockholders or afraid of “going to jail”. If the gag order applies to past management, I can’t understand why new management couldn’t at least communicate basic information that would indicate some form of life within the company.
