On nevada silverflume under entity is says this (among other things)

Note that it says 2023 I just concluded that 2022 would be the same date.. perhaps I am misunderstanding that "annual Report Due Date" . no big deal. If we get something on the 28th or a couple of days after it's all good. I did mention on IHUB when asked about it that EGOC has always been an alternative reporting company. Maybe I should post a correction on ihub and go back to the end of the month as the due date?
