Hey gestalt.
Curious, in connection with your comment on fundraising, I wonder what kind of hole CYDY has put itself in by going completely dark on shareholders for 2 months and then putting its only IP on the line to a financier. What kind of security would any big financier feel if they would not be in first position to be paid back, and if all goes tits up, would never be paid back?
The only way I see CYDY getting another financier is if they told that financier some info that we have not been given yet. I have zero idea as to the legality of that.
