interesting. i had assumed that there was no way they would get the BLA submitted in Q1 (frankly, I was thinking this could be a Q3 or Q4 event, given the mess with Amarex).
That would certainly be an extremely positive surprise - regardless of the impact on the SP, it would be a shot in the arm for investors, and for the company to get this milestone executed.
My view for some time has been that the silence is being driven by the lawyers - with NP sacked, SK demoted, and Tanya (whose speciality is in defending against fraud, which is in her bio) - being elevated to COB - not to mention the letter from the FDA regarding our proactive videos. That fact pattern was / is clear in pointing to a muzzle order vs. a partnership or some type of deal. Again, no one would be happier to see a partnership - but i just don't see it at the moment.
I'll have a celebratory drink (or 5) if the BLA gets submitted in Q1. I also can't wait to get a real CEO in place. Nothing against Tanya (or lawyers in general) but you don't want someone focused on compliance running the show. We always called them the "business prevention team". Again, I understand why we need them now, but i'm ready to get back to business.
