I think some of what we are waiting on is out of Doc's hands.
The Q1 filings are due by no later than Mid My I believe.
They should include anything that has transpired in Q1.
Doc siad a lot has happened in Q1.
I am setting my eyes on those dates. if some news pops before that ( from SEC, FINRA,etc) that will be great.
He did file the annuals early for some reason.
