I've been trading pennies since 2005 and the L2's can be informative but can change at the blink of an eye if a company is being manipulated and on high alert by shorting crews. Ongoing  L2's don't prove a damn thing about what the trading day has ahead of it since an MM will do anything for their big money friends. TECO needs to scare the hedgies with oil and revenue and quickly.
