I don't call it a quiet period
Its not an IPO , but understand the term well.
...I call it cleaning , painting , remodeling the house while it's on the market to get the best price .. .whether it's a sale or VRBO ....it was time to shut up , upgrade, polish the trials and statistics, and clean the house , and upgrade discussions with whoever sees value ....
That's where we are at in my belief . So take your time, pit in new carpeting and a nice wood floor and lets make sure we are taking advantage of a sellers market , not a buyers prerogative
