I do wonder what will happen next week, it is the end of the quarter and we shareholders were told the final section of the BLA will be submitted by then. There are many reasons why they are not able to make this deadline, but all of us will need a statement about the status. I guess they could just not give a crap about any Nader timeline but they could say that and say they will submit it when it is done.
Most references to "quiet period" refer to IPO and quarterly earnings. but these are very specific and the announcement is made public that they are in a quiet period. Public companies can put themselves into a quiet period for many reasons, but in this case there was no announcement that that is what they are doing. Mgmt can have a lot of reasons to keep quiet, but shareholders have rights also. you can't not announce a quiet period because when it is announced, a timeline for the quiet period is also set. this lack of any communication could be broken in the next 5 min., or stay for years (excluding annual/quarterly reports).
