Pete - they have the applications/paperwork on many possible participants. Major review work is done for next cohort by now and participants will receive a brief change of status screen when their enrollment paperwork and informed consents are readied to make sure they still meet eligibility criteria. A pause between cohorts as DMC reviews data from previous cohort is common. That is likely contributor to this pause we have seen - and is expected and normal. For 4th cohort - applications may be in but in depth screening likely to wait a couple of weeks. Changes in status from appropriate candidate to too sick to participate happen unfortunately quickly in this population - disallowing researchers from recruiting all cohorts early.
