And trades, incl. OTCBB, are still free at Vanguard! Unfortunately I tried to transfer some Roth IRA shares from Ameritrade (because of their $6.95 fee for OTCBB trades) to Vanguard and the transfers were rejected because they were low priced OTCBB shares!! I argued with them but got nowhere so the shares were transferred back to Ameritrade, where they still sit until CYDY becomes an "acceptable" price again...
