Since you are polite I believe he is referring to the contract between SFOR and Blocksafe for a consulting fee signed by the CEO of Blocksafe at the time (a brief time) and it’s in SFORs SEC filings. My understanding is that was to be paid out of revenue earned that didn’t materialize obviously so it’s a non starter.
