Somebody PM'd me that RR007 posted that Amazon would screw up UNVC if they had to manage it. HUH?? I can only hope that his post was in jest. The problem I see with UNVC is that so many Senior manager positions are not filled to cover all Business Disciplines. Amazon or any other successful big Corp know that is a recipe for failure.

Others feel John Hope Bryant would be a good fit. HUH???

I want Doc to manage his baby - with help from experienced Senior Mgrs. This stuff is not easy. Maybe he could bring Chaitra on board and she could grow into the position.
