I am going on what Dr Dalton told both mikeyt and chiro independently emphasizing that the latest financials were only for the end of 12/31/2021 and NOT for the Q ending 3/31/2022 as if Dr Dalton is telling us "just wait until the Q1 Financials" since so much progress has been accomplished in Q1 of 2022.
If we are waiting for the Financials, then we need to wait until then.
Yes, Dr Dalton can drop a PR at any time, however since we are still technically "Dark" none of the web sites that publish PR's like Yahoo will publish such any UNVC PR's until after Form 10 is processed and UNVC is registered with the SEC once again.
